Our British-Chinese co/founder couldn’t find a beer that played nice with his system — so he created one. Something lighter and gentler. A bit more glow-friendly. Less flush, more fun. It also ended up gluten-free, so easier on the gut, and 65% fewer calories than most beers.
But it didn’t stop there. What began as one person’s fix became something bigger — a quiet movement of people who love beer, even if beer hasn’t always loved them back. Now we’re a growing community raising a Thousand Cups to better nights, softer mornings, and beers that include everyone.
